Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Google account and visit your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate a digital return authorization.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely place your items, including all original tags and packaging, into a shipping box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or a Google Store near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
